About Us Secure Solutions is a leading System Integrator based in Kochi, Kerala, delivering IT security, storage, networking, virtualization, data centre, and cloud solutions to Enterprise and Media customers across South India.

Role Overview We’re hiring hunter-mindset Field Sales professionals to manage and grow Enterprise and Media accounts. This is a 100% sales-driven role — target-oriented, field-heavy, and relationship-focused. You’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, vendor coordination, and closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close recent business within Enterprise and Media accounts in the assigned territory
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet/exceed revenue targets
- Develop strong CXO/IT-decision-maker relationships within target accounts
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor partners (e.g., Fortinet, Rubrik, and similar) for joint account planning, demos, and POCs
- Understand customer requirements across IT security, backup/storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud,



and position the right solution with pre-sales support
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, commercial quotes, and contracts
- Track competitor activity and market trends in the assigned region
- Maintain accurate CRM/pipeline reporting and forecasting

Requirements
- 1-4 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in IT/System Integration, hardware/software solutions, or related B2B technology sales
- Prior experience selling to Enterprise and/or Media vertical customers strongly preferred
- Existing network of IT decision-makers in the respective city (Kochi/Trivandrum/Calicut) is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with high field mobility
- Basic understanding of IT security, networking, storage, or cloud concepts (training will be provided)
- Two-wheeler/vehicle for local travel preferred
