Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with strong expertise in SEO to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will lead digital marketing initiatives, manage a team, and implement strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website visibility and search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimize digital assets.
- Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train team members on industry best practices and emerging trends.




- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through organic and digital channels.
- Ensure adherence to marketing standards, processes, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Understanding of content marketing, website optimization, and lead generation strategies.
