Job Role:
- Visit apartments and residential communities.
- Build good relationships with customers and apartment associations.
- Promote BigBasket services and offers and products.
- Help in acquiring recent customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide support.
- Coordinate with store and delivery teams for smooth operations.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate or 12th std qualification.
- 02 years of experience in field and customer handling and targets.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and MS Office.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
