- A leading Architectural, Interior Design and Project Management Consultancy firm with 300+ solid team is looking for Junior Engineer
- MEPF for their Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) division.
- Day to day supervision and control over the workmanship of different contractors and agencies present on site.
- Inspection and approval of material procured on site for construction 3.
- Co-ordination with contractors, subcosnultants, client and inhouse team.
- To arrange and obtain test results / certificate of materials that are necessary for the work, as directed by the Project Manager.
- To Perform such other functions as may be directed by the Project Manager to ensure quality of the work and fulfilment of Architects and other consultants assignments.
- To prepare agenda and Minutes of the meeting
- To prepare site visit reports,



weekly and monthly prgroess reports for client submission.
- Examine and be thoroughly familiar with the drawings, specifications, Bar charts etc.
- and refer any discrepancies or queries thereof to the Architect / Structural Engineer and other consultation for determination.
- Reveiw desing/drawings and to ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations
- Reviewing and analyzing the specifications and designs of a buildings MEP systems
- Anticipate work to be put in hand, and endeavour to ensure that all necessary drawings and information are available at the site when required.
- Identify Risks and reporting to Seniors
- Have detailed understaning of all the tasks that are required to complete the project.
