ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales & Marketing to lead and unify our revenue generation functions. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving workshop registrations, overseeing program conversions, and building a high-performance sales and marketing team. You will report directly to the Founder and work alongside the VP of Operations and Delivery to shape the company's growth trajectory.

This is a fully remote position ideal for a strategic leader who is equally comfortable setting vision and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end revenue pipeline: from marketing acquisition through workshop registration to program sales conversion.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Sales and Marketing departments including Sales Manager, Sales Executives, Chat Executives, Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, and Video Editor.
- Drive workshop registration targets of 900+ participants per monthly workshop cycle.
- Achieve program conversion targets: Live360 (5%), KHPB (4%), 1:1 (3%), SHH (4%)



— total conversion of 16%+ per workshop.
- Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, follow-up sequences, and conversion systems.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels to drive qualified workshop registrations.
- Oversee organic brand growth across Instagram and YouTube alongside paid marketing efforts.
- Analyse funnel performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise every stage of the acquisition process.
- Work with the Founder and VP of Operations and Delivery to set quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned with the goal of Rs. 86–90 Lakhs per workshop cycle.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales and marketing talent.
- Represent the revenue function in leadership meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
