Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join our agile team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and scheduling, specifically with experience using

Primavera P6. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring

timely and efficient project execution, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Scheduling and Planning:

o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

o Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by tracking progress and adjusting schedules as

needed.

o Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Coordination and Communication:

o Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project

requirements and updates.





o Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and changes.

o Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

3. Resource Management:

o Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed on time.

o Monitor resource utilization and suggest adjustments to optimize productivity.

o Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and

equipment.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports,

and change logs.

o Generate regular reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

o Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

5. Risk Management:

o Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

o Monitor risk factors and implement corrective actions as necessary.
