About the Role We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial planning, statutory compliance, taxation, reporting, audits, budgeting, and internal financial controls while partnering with leadership to support the company's growth. This role offers an prospect to play a key role in building scalable finance processes within a fast-growing AI-powered Legal-Tech company.

Key Responsibilities





● Lead and manage the day-to-day Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

● Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, payroll accounting, and treasury operations.

● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

● Lead the budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis processes.

● Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.

● Drive month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

● Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence.

● Develop and implement robust financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures.
