Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Manager - Sales to manage and grow customer accounts, drive revenue, and build long-term business relationships within the IT Distribution ecosystem. The role involves managing existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, driving solution sales, and collaborating with internal teams, channel partners, and technology vendors to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills, a customer-centric approach,



and the ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Build robust engagement with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies to maximize business opportunities.

Sales & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
- Acquire new customers and expand business within target markets.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from opportunity generation to order closure.

Customer Engagement
- Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews.
