Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Floor Manager to oversee and manage daily factory floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory and production floor activities
- Manage and coordinate factory workers and machine operators
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time
- Monitor product quality and maintain workplace standards
- Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently
- Ensure smooth workflow and minimize production delays
- Coordinate with management, maintenance and other departments
- Monitor machine operations and report any issues
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Ensure safety, discipline and cleanliness on the factory floor




- Train and guide employees to improve productivity

Requirements
- Previous experience in factory, production or floor management
- Strong team handling and leadership skills
- Positive knowledge of production and factory operations
- Ability to manage workers and meet production targets
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Candidates from nearby Perumbavoor or willing to commute are preferred
