Ensueño Technologies is a boutique software and performance-engineering consultancy serving international clients across the US, Australia, South Africa, Jamaica, and Hong Kong. We build and maintain live web applications on a .NET Core / Angular / SQL Server stack.

We use AI development tooling heavily for code generation and review. This role is deliberately built around the work AI can't do — owning client relationships, verifying real systems, and making delivery judgment calls.

You'll be the accountable owner for a portfolio of client tickets and small projects: from the moment an issue lands to the moment it's verified live and closed.

- Own client tickets end to end in Jira — triage, prioritise, drive to resolution, and close with confidence
- Act as a primary point of contact on client calls — clarify requirements, manage expectations, translate business needs into clear technical specs
- Verify fixes on live client systems — reproduce issues in real browsers/devices, test the deployed change, confirm visually before marking complete




- Make the routing call on every ticket — diagnose whether an issue sits in the frontend, the API, or the data, resolve what's ours, and escalate cleanly when it depends on the customer
- Direct AI development tools (Claude Code and similar) to generate and refine implementation, and validate their output
- Coordinate small releases safely on live systems and confirm nothing existing broke
- Keep client and internal documentation current

- 3+ years in technical delivery, application support, QA, or technical account management for web software
- Comfortable reasoning across the full request path — frontend behaviour, API responses, and basic data/SQL — enough to correctly diagnose where an issue sits, even without writing backend code
