About Shubh Banquets & Convention Centre

Shubh Banquets & Convention Centre is a standalone banquet and convention venue located at Sector 13, Rajiv Nagar, Atul Kataria Marg, Gurugram. The venue accommodates up to 1,000 guests, offers in-house multi-cuisine catering, dedicated parking for 100–150 vehicles and adjoining guest rooms. We host weddings, receptions, sangeet and mehendi functions, corporate conferences, annual days, town halls, product launches, exhibitions and social celebrations.

We are a standalone venue, not a hotel banquet. Here, the sales function is owned by one person who works directly with the promoters — the results are visible, attributable and rewarded.

About the Role

We are hiring a Banquet Sales Manager to own and grow the venue's sales.

The venue already receives walk-in enquiries and repeat family bookings. This role exists to build business beyond that baseline — by acquiring corporate clients, converting online and portal enquiries into confirmed bookings, and developing relationships with wedding planners and event agencies.





This is an in office role based at the venue in Gurugram. Open to male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

*Business Development*
- Acquire corporate clients across Gurugram — Udyog Vihar, Cyber City, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, Manesar and IMT — for conferences, annual days, dealer meets, offsites, product launches, award nights and year-end parties.
- Build and maintain a network of wedding planners, event agencies, decorators and vendors that generates recurring business.
- Drive weekday and off-season (April–September) bookings rather than relying only on the peak wedding calendar.

*Online & Portal Lead Conversion*
- Own all inbound enquiries from WedMeGood, VenueLook, VenueMonk, Justdial, Google Business Profile, the venue website, WhatsApp Business and social media.
- Respond to enquiries quickly and follow up systematically — most banquet bookings close on the third or later touch.
