Key Responsibilities
- Model building facades and elevations in SketchUp with full architectural detail — proportion, materials, textures, fenestration, and articulation.
- Build detailed interior 3D models with accurate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting layouts.
- Create AI-assisted photorealistic renders using Nano Banana / Gemini / ChatGPT (mandatory) for both facade and interior views.
- Translate 2D architectural drawings and design concepts into accurate, presentation-ready 3D models.
- Prepare supporting 2D layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings as needed.
- Maintain a reusable library of materials, textures, and furniture blocks to speed up modeling across projects.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams to ensure modeled facade and interior details match what can actually be executed on site.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight presentation timelines.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 4–8+ years of experience with a strong portfolio specifically showing facade elevation modeling and detailed interiors in SketchUp.
- Expert-level proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory) — facade elevation modeling and full interior detailing.
- Hands-on experience with AI rendering tools (Nano Banana, Gemini, ChatGPT) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, facade systems, and lighting.
- Ability to read and work from architectural and structural drawings.
- Good communication skills; comfortable presenting design intent to the leadership and client-facing team.
- A portfolio demonstrating facade and interior modeling work is mandatory at application stage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
