Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate or above
Salary: 35000 - 40000 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & execute lab batches for Creams, Gels, Serums, Lotions, Cleansers & Sunscreens
Formulation development, optimization & trials
Evaluate pH, viscosity, spreadability & appearance
Stability study sample preparation & monitoring
Raw material evaluation & compatibility studies
Support pilot batches, technology transfer & production troubleshooting
Maintain R&D; documentation, trial reports & stability records
Laboratory equipment handling & inventory management
Ensure GMP, GLP & safety compliance
Coordinate with QA, Production, Regulatory, Purchase & Marketing teams

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with pH Meter, Viscometer, Homogenizer & Weighing Balance
Strong documentation & reporting skills
Analytical & problem-solving abilities
Valuable communication & teamwork
MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint knowledge
Awareness of cosmetic ingredients, formulation technologies & market trends
