Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter (Freshers). The HR Recruiter will support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and supporting documentation related to hiring and onboarding. The HR Recruiter will communicate with candidates professionally, share role details clearly, and provide regular follow-ups. The position also includes learning and applying basic HR policies, assisting in employer branding activities, and contributing to process improvements under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders professionally.




- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools and the ability to work comfortably with online job portals and digital communication platforms.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and basic analytical skills to review resumes, match profiles to job requirements, and maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn recruitment processes, adapt to new tools and methods, and work effectively in a remote team environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; coursework or certifications in HR or related fields are an added advantage.
- Comfort with remote work, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information are required.
