We work on government infrastructure projects, urban development projects, and large building projects across Kerala and other states.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to supervise site activities, monitor quality and progress, verify measurements and bills, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors at our Koorachundu, Kozhikode project.

Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project execution, site supervision, or PMC projects.

Skills Required




- Valuable knowledge of site execution and project supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, billing, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the design team.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and engine
