Voice AI Researcher
to help us push the quality, intelligence and reliability of our voice agents to the next level.

Generative AI, LLMs, Speech AI, multilingual conversations and real-world enterprise automation

What you'll do
- Research and improve
Voice AI agent performance
across real-world enterprise conversations
- Work on
Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), LLMs and conversational AI pipelines
- Improve voice agent performance across
Indian languages, regional dialects and code-mixed conversations
- Research techniques to reduce latency and improve response quality
- Evaluate and improve
speech recognition, pronunciation, accent and language understanding




- Develop methodologies to benchmark voice agents across different languages and use cases
- Analyse conversation transcripts, audio and agent failures to identify areas for improvement
- Research prompt engineering, context management, conversation memory and agent orchestration
- Experiment with different LLM, STT and TTS models and identify the best models for specific use cases
- Build evaluation datasets and automated testing frameworks for Voice AI
- Research conversational intelligence techniques including
intent detection, sentiment, objection handling, summarisation and next-best-action
- Work closely with the
CTO and CPO
to convert research findings into product improvements
- Stay updated with the latest research in
speech AI, LLMs, conversational AI and multimodal AI
