Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Bid Manager
to manage the complete bid and tendering process, from opportunity identification and pre-qualification to proposal submission and post-bid coordination.

The candidate will work closely with the
Business Development, Design, Commercial and Management teams
to prepare high-quality, competitive and commercially viable proposals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete
bid management and tendering process
from receipt of RFP/RFQ to final submission.




- Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, ITTs and client requirements.
- Analyse scope of work, deliverables, timelines, eligibility criteria and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and maintain a
bid/tender tracker
and ensure timely submission of all bids.
- Coordinate with MEP, BIM, Sustainability, Project Management and Commercial teams for technical inputs.
- Prepare
technical and commercial proposals
in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare capability statements, company profiles, project references, CVs and other pre-qualification documents.
- Coordinate preparation of technical write-ups, methodologies, project approaches and compliance matrices.
- Prepare and review
BOQs, fee proposals, commercial terms and pricing inputs
in coordination with management.
- Ensure all tender requirements and submission formats are fully complied with.
- Manage clarifications, queries, addendums and amen
