Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Machine Operator/Shop Assistant role based in Kottayam. The role involves operating and monitoring machinery safely, assisting with setup and shutdown, and handling basic maintenance checks to ensure smooth production. The Machine Operator/Shop Assistant will support daily shop activities, including handling hand tools, preparing materials, organizing the workspace,



and assisting with inventory handling as needed. The position includes performing basic quality checks on products, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, and reporting equipment or product issues promptly. The role also requires clear communication with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and support efficient shop operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery in a production or workshop environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect products, identify defects, and maintain consistent standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools safely and efficiently for routine tasks and minor adjustments.
