About the Role

Tech Long Packaging Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage and coordinate domestic and international travel requirements for employees, management, customers, and business visitors.

The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete travel process, including travel planning, ticketing, accommodation, transportation, visa documentation, and travel-related coordination. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and management.
- Book flight, train, hotel, and other transportation services as per company requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed travel itineraries and schedules.




- Manage visa applications, documentation, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Track passport and visa validity and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate airport transfers, local transportation, and accommodation requirements.
- Handle travel cancellations, rescheduling, and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, visa consultants, and other vendors.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, hotel bookings, invoices, visas, and travel documents.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for travel-related requirements.
- Assist employees with travel documentation, expense claims, and reimbursements.
- Prepare travel-related reports and MIS as required by management.
