Job Summary

Lead the overall pyrolysis production function, ensuring safe, effective, cost-effective, and uninterrupted plant operations while achieving production and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, manage, and control day-to-day pyrolysis production activities.

* Achieve production targets while maintaining quality, yield, and process efficiency.

* Lead and supervise production engineers, technicians, operators, and workers.

* Monitor reactor operations, feedstock utilization, oil/char/gas output, and process parameters.

* Develop and implement SOPs, production standards, and process controls.

* Identify and reduce production losses, downtime, energy consumption, and material wastage.

* Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, and Stores teams.

* Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements.





* Analyze daily/monthly production reports and implement corrective actions.

* Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and productivity initiatives.

* Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, training, and performance.

* Support plant commissioning, capacity expansion, and technology/process improvement projects.

Qualifications

* B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

* 712+ years of relevant production experience, preferably in pyrolysis/recycling.

* Strong knowledge of thermal processing, plant operations, production planning, and safety.

* Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and team-management skills.
