Qualifications
- Solid Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams.




- Proven Sales experience in educational publishing, edtech, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Management capabilities, including territory planning, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Training and presentation skills to conduct effective product orientations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Familiarity with K–12 school systems (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards) and basic understanding of NEP/NCF is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, travel within the territory, and use digital tools (CRM, productivity software) effectively.
