Job Title : Senior Lead Operations

Job Description

i) To strategically build and scale supply chain infrastructure into new markets - from planning to execution.

ii) To lead and develop the Supply Chain, Procurement, and culinary teams and strategically expand them.

iii) To develop the long-term operations strategy in close alignment with the COO and the Leadership Team.

iv) To own the product roadmap and manage end-to-end product launches - from conception through procurement to final delivery.

v) To consolidate feedback from Strategy, Menu Planning, and Culinary and translate it into concrete operational measures.

vi) To identify new suppliers, producers, and logistics partners build strong partnerships, and negotiate terms.

vii) To establish KPls and reporting structures that give you and the Leadership Team full transparency into operational performance.

To continuously optimize processes along the entire value chain - from procurement to delivery.

ix) To regularly on-site with producers, suppliers, and partners to strengthen relationships and solve operational challenges directly.

x) Lead the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Culinary departments and ensure

that LANCH is operationally excellent to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

Desired Candidates

i) 8-15 Years of Experience of qualified experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Procurement - ideally in fast-growing scale-ups, FMCG, Food, CPG, or e-commerce.

ii) You have initial leadership experience and have led teams for several years.

iii) To Lead Team.

iv) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
