Role Description
The Human Resources Executive Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership and senior roles across the organization. This full time, on-site position is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs,



defining role requirements, and developing sourcing strategies for niche and high-impact positions. The role includes managing the complete hiring lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process. The Executive Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, use data and market insights to advise on hiring decisions, and collaborate closely with HR Operations and Employee Relations to support a consistent, high-quality candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition for leadership and senior roles.
