Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – HNI to acquire, develop and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). The role involves understanding clients' financial and protection requirements and providing suitable life insurance and wealth-oriented solutions while achieving business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and develop relationships with HNI/UHNI clients through references, networking, market mapping and other lead-generation channels.

Understand clients' financial goals, investment requirements, risk profile and insurance needs.

Recommend suitable life insurance and wealth solutions based on customer requirements.

Generate current business and achieve assigned sales, revenue and premium targets.





Build a strong and long-term relationship with existing HNI clients and ensure repeat business and referrals.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, issuance and post-sales servicing.

Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on relevant products and financial solutions.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective HNI customers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of proposals, underwriting, issuance and customer servicing.

Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI/regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate customer records and update activities in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling appropriate insurance/financial solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–6 years of experience in HNI/Wealth Management, Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Private Ba
