We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to join our team. This is a full time desk job that involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily accounting records accurately using Tally.
- Manage basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and ledger entries.
- Prepare and file GST returns and manage TDS entries (Candidates who have this knowledge will get better compensation).
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial files.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally is strictly mandatory.
- Taxation Knowledge: Basic to advanced knowledge of GST returns and TDS is highly preferred (Higher salary will be offered to candidates who know GST & TDS).
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Tamil. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
Work Details
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Work Setup: 100% In-office desk job
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
