Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule dispatches based on customer orders and inventory levels.
- Process incoming orders, verify product availability, and generate dispatch schedules using SAP.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery by monitoring shipment status and resolving issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize dispatch planning, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues.
- Utilize SAP for efficient order processing, dispatch scheduling, and tracking.

Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in dispatch planning or a related field in the petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in SAP for order processing, dispatch scheduling, and tracking.
- Robust understanding of order fulfillment processes, including inventory management and shipping documentation.
- Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and optimize dispatch planning.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
