GTM Intern — Sales & Business Development

About us
Proverse Talent is a recruiting company that runs on software we build ourselves. We place engineers and specialists for rapid-growing companies, and we're building the platform that makes that placement faster and more evidence-based than a traditional agency can manage.
That gives us three ways to make money, and this role touches all three.
What you'd actually be doing
1 · Vendor empanelment — the one that unlocks everything
Getting Proverse onto a company's approved recruitment-vendor list is the gate before any agency revenue exists. You'd research target companies, find who owns vendor decisions in TA and procurement, prepare empanelment documentation, manage submissions, and chase them to a decision. This is a real, learnable, valuable skill, and most people your age have never been taught it.
2 · Agency business development
Build and work a pipeline of companies hiring for roles we can fill. Research, outreach, qualification,



and getting the right conversation into the founder's calendar.
3 · Marketplace and platform demand
Bring companies onto our marketplace to post roles, and recruiters onto our platform. Different audiences, different messaging — you'd help work out which lines land.
Across all three, you'd own
- Building and maintaining the pipeline so nothing is lost and every lead is traceable
- Research on target companies, hiring signals, and the people who make the decision
- Tracking follow-ups and activity — being the reason nothing goes cold
- Building simple automations so the same manual work doesn't get done twice
- Writing down what works, so the second month is easier than the first
