We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to manage our end-to-end payroll processing and human resource operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of employeesfrom recruitment and onboarding to monthly salary processing, statutory compliances, and HR administration. You will also lead the implementation and management of our HRMS platform to streamline company workflows.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance, salary calculations, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and statutory deductions.
- Handle recruitment and selection from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer, and joining.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Implement and manage HRMS/HR software for payroll, attendance, leave, recruitment, and employee records.
- Manage employee expenses and reimbursements and coordinate with Finance for timely settlement.
- Prepare payroll, recruitment, and HR MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour and statutory regulations.
- 3-7 Years of experience

Handle employee queries related to payroll, leave, expenses, and HR policies.
