Position Details
- Job Title: AR Caller US Healthcare
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years (Experience in Denials Management is mandatory)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
- Transport: Two-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups.
- Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims.




- Analyze AR reports and take appropriate action.
- Resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Update claim status accurately in the system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in AR Calling with Denials Management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.
