Role & responsibilities

Seeking an experienced FMS Consultant with solid expertise in Server Administration, SCCM/MECM, Endpoint Management, and IT Infrastructure Support. The role involves managing enterprise server environments, endpoint services, patch management, incident resolution, and ensuring high availability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support, desktop support, Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Administer SCCM/MECM including software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor server and endpoint health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L3 support.
- Perform backup, restore, system upgrades, and disaster recovery activities.
- Support Intune and modern endpoint management initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and security policies.




- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and project delivery.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset inventories, and operational procedures.
- Support Remote connectivity, and collaboration platforms.
- Drive continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Support and Operations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows Server Administration
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- SCCM/MECM Administration
- Patch Management & OS Deployment
- Microsoft Intune
- PowerShell Scripting
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Endpoint Security & Compliance
- ITIL Processes
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS).
