Core responsibilities

Business & Partnerships
- Manage partnership/sponsorship conversations and follow-ups
- Maintain a tracker of leads, proposals, negotiations and confirmed partnerships
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines once a deal is closed

Events & Speaking Engagements
- Manage invitations, confirmations and communication for conferences, panels and speaking engagements
- Coordinate logistics, schedules and requirements
- Maintain an organised calendar of upcoming events and commitments

Speech & Content Support
- Draft speeches, talking points, presentations and briefing notes
- Research topics and prepare background material before speaking engagements
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team when required

Executive & Business Administration
- Manage professional correspondence and follow-ups
- Keep track of important deadlines, commitments and pending decisions
- Maintain organised records of contacts, deals, events and documents
- Prepare weekly summaries/updates so the doctor knows what needs her attention





Personal Brand & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with the marketing team/agencies
- Help organise shoots, interviews, media appearances and other brand activities
- Track collaborations, PR opportunities and brand commitments
- Ensure the doctor has everything she needs for upcoming content or appearances

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and easy to work with. Someone who can manage multiple things at once, communicate well, follow up on tasks and keep track of details without things slipping through the cracks. You should be comfortable taking initiative, figuring things out independently and helping keep the doctor’s professional commitments running smoothly. Valuable writing, communication and research skills would be a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
