Role Overview - We are looking for an experienced Zonal Head to drive business growth, profitability, and distribution expansion across the Variable Agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional/circle-level agency teams across the assigned zone.
- Drive business targets, premium, productivity, persistency and profitability.
- Build and strengthen the Vairable Agency distribution network through advisor acquisition and activation.
- Develop MDRT/COT/TOT and high-performing advisor base.
- Manage senior stakeholders and ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Drive recruitment, capability building, performance management and retention of teams.




- Ensure compliance, process adherence and superior customer experience.

Candidate Profile
- 20-30+ years of experience in Life Insurance preferably Agency/Variable Agency.
- Strong experience in large team handling and multi-location business management.
- Proven track record in achieving business targets and building agency distribution.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate: A robust Agency Channel leader with proven experience in managing large geographies and driving sustainable business growth.
