Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, appointments, references and prospecting activities.
- Explain financial products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Promote investment products including Equity, Currency, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS and Bonds.
- Update clients on Equity Research Reports, recent Mutual Fund schemes, NFOs, IPOs and market trends.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.
- Maintain regular client contact through calls and meetings.
- Support the branch team in converting and closing leads.
- Assist clients with investment application forms and related processes.
- Provide after-sales service, regular follow-up and ensure client retention.
- Contribute towards maintaining and increasing AUM.




- Prepare daily sales reports and update business transactions promptly.
- Support branch promotional activities.
- Work towards achieving individual, branch and organizational goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience preferred.
- NISM-5 certification preferred.
- Experience or exposure in selling financial/investment products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, Currency, Insurance or PMS.
- Strong client prospecting and relationship-building ability.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, follow-ups and cross-selling.
- Target-oriented with a focus on client acquisition, retention and business growth.
