Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Aurangabad. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms,



creating engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, and stories), and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The person in this role will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and respond to audience interactions to build an active community around the brand. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns, conducting competitor and trend research, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity. The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will regularly analyze results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements to drive growth and brand awareness.

Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
