Job Summary

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a Sales & Business Development to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating recent leads, communicating with prospects, understanding their requirements, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to follow up consistently. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify new leads through customer outreach.




- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Maintain proper communication with leads throughout the acquisition process.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer and lead databases and update records in Excel/CRM.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and customer-acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain professional follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into potential business opportunities.
