Key Responsibilities

Employee Center Portal Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Employee Center (EC) Portal solutions.
- Customize portal pages, widgets, themes, and components to meet business requirements.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for employees and end users.
- Enhance portal usability, accessibility, and performance.

Service Catalog & Self-Service Integration
- Integrate Employee Center with Service Catalog offerings.
- Configure catalog categories, request forms, and fulfillment workflows.
- Enable seamless access to IT, HR, Facilities, and other enterprise services.
- Improve service request experiences through personalized portal features.

Knowledge Management Integration
- Integrate knowledge bases and FAQs into the Employee Center.
- Implement intelligent search and knowledge recommendations.
- Develop self-help and guided assistance solutions.
- Ensure content governance and knowledge lifecycle management.

Workflow Automation
- Build and optimize workflows supporting employee requests.




- Configure notifications, approvals, task assignments, and escalations.
- Automate service request fulfillment processes.
- Support chatbot and virtual agent integration with the portal.

Portal Customization & UI Development
- Develop custom widgets, components, and UI enhancements.
- Apply branding standards and UX design principles.
- Optimize portal performance and responsiveness.
- Ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.

Integration & Development
- Develop integrations with:
- HR Systems
- Identity and Access Management Systems
- Collaboration Platforms
- Asset Management Systems
- Enterprise Applications
- Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks.
- Support data migration and portal modernization initiatives.

Testing & Support
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot portal-related issues and implement fixes.
