JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Bar Manager to lead Paradise Lounge Bar at Hotel Le Royal Park. The successful candidate will oversee all bar operations, manage staff, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance in our upscale hotel lounge bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management:
- Oversee all daily bar operations including opening, closing, and service
- Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and service teams
- Maintain bar standards, grooming, and service excellence
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor bar efficiency and optimize workflow

Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train bartenders, barbacks, and bar staff
- Create staff schedules and manage rostering




- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching/feedback
- Resolve staff conflicts and disciplinary issues
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
- Conduct regular training on mixology, service, and compliance

Financial Management:
- Set bar budget and monitor profitability
- Control costs and manage inventory to minimize waste
- Analyze sales reports and implement revenue strategies
- Monitor liquor costs, pour costs, and profitability metrics
- Approve purchases and manage bar budget
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management

Menu Development:
- Create and update cocktail menu with signature drinks
- Develop seasonal promotions and special beverage offerings
- Source quality spirits, wines, beers, and mixers
- Conduct taste tests and ensure beverage quality consistency
- Monitor industry trends and innovate menu items

Customer Service:
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
- Build relationships
