Skill: Pre Auth (Voice)

Location: Shamshabad, Hyderabad

Exp: 1 to 5 Years

Qualification : Intermediate or above

Role & responsibilities :
- Candidate must have exp in Pre Auth/Prior Auth/Pre Authorization with Initiation and follow up.
- Must be Voice Exp in Pre Auth.
- Review physician orders and medical documentation for authorization requirements.
- Submit pre-authorization requests to insurance companies through portals, fax, phone, or electronic systems.
- Follow up with payers regarding authorization status.
- Maintain accurate records of authorizations, approvals, denials, and reference numbers.
- Communicate authorization outcomes to providers, patients, and relevant departments.
- Resolve authorization-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Voice exp is mandatory.
- Must have exp in End to End Pre Auth
- Comfortable working in night shifts
