Role Description
- The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving growth and expanding Axia’s client base in experiential design and brand solutions.





Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation campaigns, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The role involves understanding client objectives, collaborating with internal creative and project teams to develop tailored proposals, and presenting solutions that align with brand experience goals. The Business Development Executive will also oversee account management activities, track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and ensure consistent follow-through from initial contact to project closure, while representing Axia at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications -
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of experiential marketing, exhibitions, retail environments, and brand strategy.
