We are hiring for our client which is a leading manufacturer of speciality chemicals.

Position - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Project Management

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete execution of customer projects, starting from sample submission through scaleup and final commercialization.
- Manage projects using StageGate principles and ensure all milestones are achieved as per plan.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including R&D;, T&D;, Production, QA/QC, SCM, Procurement, and Business Development to drive seamless project progress.
- Build and track detailed project schedules, monitor risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure OTIF delivery by proactively identifying and resolving operational or technical hurdles.
- Lead periodic project reviews and share clear progress updates with customers and internal leadership.
- Drive closure of action items and maintain accountability across all participating functions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.





Competencies
- Robust command over project lifecycle management, StageGate processes, and commercialization workflows.
- Effective stakeholder handling and crossfunctional coordination.
- Customer relationship management with a solutionoriented approach.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills.
- Handson proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as MS Project.

Qualification

B.Tech (Chemical Engineering preferred) / M.Sc (Chemistry). MBA is desirable. PMP or similar certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

5 to 7 years of project management experience in a CDMO manufacturing setup, ideally within Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or Pharma.
