About the Chance

GrowproIn is building a new generation of job-ready graduates by combining technology, assessments, career preparation, and employability solutions. Our platform enables students to understand their strengths, improve their skills, prepare for recruitment, and build stronger career profiles.

We are inviting motivated graduates to join us as Campus Ambassadors and help expand GrowproIn's presence among colleges and student communities across India.

What You Will Do
- Introduce GrowproIn and its employability solutions to students.
- Connect with placement teams, faculty members, student coordinators, and campus communities.
- Organise or assist with student orientation and awareness programmes.
- Encourage students to create their profiles and register on GrowproIn.
- Participate in college-level campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
- Develop a strong student network within your assigned campuses.
- Contribute to achieving monthly registration and outreach goals.

Graduates from any academic background can apply.



We are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building connections, representing a brand, and engaging with students.

- Good networking and relationship-management skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working towards measurable goals.
- Interest in education, careers, technology, or student development.

Monthly Goal

Campus Ambassadors are expected to generate at least 250 student registrations each month through campus outreach and networking.

Recruitment Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Online test
Log on to GrowproIn.com.

2. GPET Assessment
Applicants will take the GrowproIn Employability Test (GPET).

3. Interview
Candidates achieving 80% or higher in GPET will proceed to the interview stage. Final selection will be based on interview performance
