Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects end-to-end.
Analyze client HR business processes and translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations.
Design, configure, and test Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Perks, and Time & Labor.
Provide functional expertise and advice on best practices in HR technology.
Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.
Stay updated with Oracle HCM product updates, features, and industry trends.
Support post-implementation activities, including upgrades and enhancements.
