Job Summary

The Field Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting prospective customers, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular field visits, customer relationship management, lead generation, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to generate business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market visits, referrals, and networking.
- Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation when required.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.




- Ensure timely collection of payments, where applicable.
- Submit regular sales and field-visit reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Sales or field marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a robust willingness to work in sales may also apply.
