Key Responsibilities
- Desktop & User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, Macs, iPads, printers, peripherals, and other IT hardware.
- Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, IP-related issues, and other basic network problems.
- CCTV Support: Monitor and assist in maintaining CCTV cameras, recording systems, storage, and connectivity; coordinate repairs when required.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain records of IT assets, hardware, accessories, software, and consumables; track issuance, replacements, and returns.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware, software, networking, AMC, repairs, CCTV, and other technical requirements.
- Server & Backup Support: Monitor basic server operations and ensure regular data backups, backup verification, and escalation of server-related issues when required.
- Tally Support: Provide basic technical support for Tally installation, access, connectivity, backups, and common user-related issues.
- Email Support:
Configure and troubleshoot official email accounts on desktop and mobile devices, including access, synchronization, and common email issues.
- Software Support: Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot business applications and organizational software across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, backups, service requests, and technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day IT issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
- Follow basic IT security, access-control, backup, and data-protection practices.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors when required.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support, desktop support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
