Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDA Faculty member specializing in General Aptitude to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the National Defence Academy (NDA) entrance examinations. This role requires a deep understanding of the General Aptitude syllabus, excellent pedagogical skills, and a passion for guiding students towards success in competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for General Aptitude topics relevant to the NDA examination, including Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classroom sessions, ensuring active student participation and understanding of complex concepts.
- Provide transparent explanations, examples, and problem-solving strategies to help students master various aptitude topics.
- Design and administer regular assessments,



mock tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer individualized feedback and mentorship to students, addressing their doubts and helping them overcome academic challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest NDA exam patterns, syllabus changes, and question trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and the academic team to enhance teaching methodologies and develop innovative learning resources.
- Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment, fostering a culture of academic excellence and dedication.
- Participate in curriculum development, content creation, and review of study materials for General Aptitude.
- Track student performance and provide regular reports to the academic coordinator.
