Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain projects, pricing, offers, and schedule site visits.
- Qualify leads and update CRM daily.
- Follow up with interested customers until closure.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and conversions.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Achieve daily call, lead generation, and appointment targets.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work with sales targets.
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply.
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
