Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate VMC machine to produce high-quality parts with minimal errors.
- Program and set up jobs using Fanuc control system, ensuring accurate machining processes.
- Monitor machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience operating VMC machines or similar equipment.
- Proficiency in Fanuc control system programming and setup.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
