About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Team Lead to lead the closing team and drive successful conversion of qualified real estate leads into bookings and sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing the closing process, guiding the team, handling negotiations, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the closing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle qualified leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.
- Monitor the complete sales closing process from lead qualification to booking.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
- Handle customer objections, negotiations, pricing discussions, and other closing-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales, Sales, CRM, Legal,



Finance, and Operations teams for smooth closures.
- Track team performance, conversion ratios, follow-ups, bookings, and revenue.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and closure reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Ensure accurate updating of customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documentation.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, property inventory, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
