Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or inside sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services clearly.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up regularly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or inside sales.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle customer objections and negotiations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.

Preferred
- Experience in real estate, education, banking, insurance, or similar sales industries.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
