Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the restaurant and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling operational costs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to create a positive dining experience while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Supervise restaurant employees and ensure effective allocation of duties.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure that food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and implement corrective measures when required.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower is available during all shifts.
- Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to improve revenue and customer retention.




- Control food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses to achieve profitability targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the uninterrupted availability of materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and review operational reports related to sales, inventory, staffing, and overall restaurant performance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure that all restaurant facilities, equipment, and assets are properly maintained.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
